Learn about the terms and conditions governing refunds for fees paid for SpeakX services through our comprehensive refund policy

Subscription and Payment -

When you subscribe to SpeakX, you consent to a monthly fee, which will be automatically deducted from your linked UPI account.

Please note that any additional charges incurred by your bank or during transactions, such as transaction or currency conversion fees, will be borne solely by you.

We recommend keeping a sufficient balance in your account to ensure uninterrupted access to the SpeakX platform.

Refund and Cancellation Policy -

The trial period cost is non-refundable

The monthly subscription fee is refundable only for the current month. Subscriptions that have been utilized in previous months are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are applicable for multiple mandates made by mistake during payments for previous and current months.

The refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made.

The amount may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

You can cancel your subscription anytime; no fees will be charged the following month after subscription cancellation.

Post-cancellation, the automatic deduction from your UPI account will cease starting the following month, giving you complete control over your subscription.
