Learn about the terms and conditions governing refunds for fees paid for SpeakX services through our comprehensive refund policy

Subscription and Payment -

When you subscribe to SpeakX, you agree to a monthly fee that will be automatically (autopay) deducted from your linked UPI account.

Please note that any additional charges incurred by your bank or during transactions, such as transaction or currency conversion fees, will be borne solely by you.

We recommend keeping a sufficient balance in your account to ensure uninterrupted access to the SpeakX platform.

Refund and Cancellation Policy -

  • Trial Package: You can get a refund for the trial package only during the 7-day trial period. After the trial ends, the fee is not refundable.
  • Subscription Fee: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions or for any previous months.
  • Refund Process: The refund will go back to the same account you used to make the payment.
  • Timeframe: It may take 5-8 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime. No fees will be charged for the following month after you cancel.
  • Cancellation process: You can cancel your subscription from the membership page on the SpeakX app itself.
  • Payment Control: After you cancel, automatic payments (autopay) from your UPI account will stop for the next month, giving you full control over your subscription.
