Purpose This policy outlines the procedures for users to request deletion of their data and account from the SpeakX App. It ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and respects users' rights to control their personal information.

Data Deletion Policy

  1. User Data Types:

    • Personal Information: Name, Email, Mobile Number, etc.
    • Usage Data: Interaction logs, preferences, etc.
    • Any other data collected through the app as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
  2. Requesting Data Deletion:

    • Users wishing to delete their data must send an email to contact@ivypods.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
    • The email must include the user's mobile number to verify their identity and process the request.
  3. Processing the Request:

    • Upon receiving the request, our support team will verify the user's identity using the provided mobile number.
    • Verified requests will initiate the deletion process, which includes removing all personal and usage data associated with the user's account.
    • Users will receive a confirmation email once their data has been successfully deleted.
  4. Time Frame:

    • Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days from the date of request receipt.
